CapitalGoInvest is a crowdfunding platform that connects investors who want to put their capital to work and businesses who want to get financing for real estate projects. From now on, real estate investments are no longer available only to venture capital companies or extremely wealthy individuals: everyone has the opportunity to choose a reliable real estate project and invest in it the selected amount (from 500 EUR).

For real estate developers, CapitalGoInvest is a reliable opportunity to receive investments for their real estate projects on the basis of crowdfunding. The amount of required investments is unlimited (with LTV not exceeding 75%), and projects can last up to 36 months. Perhaps the most important aspect of a business loan for real estate developers is that they only pay interest during the project; they have to repay the entire amount only after the deadline, i.e., after successful implementation of the developed project.
